- Be the voice and face of the clinic -
As the Client Coordinator, a large part of your role is to help the clinic maintain relationships with our clients. To do this, you would be making outbound calls to contact clients for recalls, follow ups and appointment confirmations. This role also overseas the day-to-day admin tasks which vary in quantity depending on how busy the clinic is on a particular day.
— Making outbound calls: recalls, follow-ups, appointment confirmations
— Answering inbound calls: enquiries, new bookings, changing existing bookings
— General clinic admin: submitting health fund claims, taking payments, maintaining records, handling orthotics delivery
— Previous experience in a phone-based or outbound calling role
— Experience in an allied health reception role at a private clinic is a plus, but not essential
— A clear, confident phone manner: you are comfortable making the call even when you haven't spoken to the person you're calling before
— Resilience & persistence: you are able to follow up more than once without feeling awkward
— A genuine, warm approach to client care: people should hang up the phone feeling good about the conversation they had with you
— Strong organisation skills & attention to detail for managing appointment bookings effectively & being proactive to address the needs of the clinic and its clients
— Good written communication for email correspondence
— Professionalism to always show up with your best and be a team player who is ok with doing what is required, even if it might not be part of your title

We're looking for a podiatrist with a genuine interest, in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in musculoskeletal conditions and prescribing custom orthotics.
— Assessing and managing clients with musculoskeletal foot and lower limb conditions
— Educating clients on their current problem and clear picture moving forward
— Prescribing and reviewing custom orthotics
— Writing reports and clinical updates
— Previous experience in managing a high volume of MSK conditions
— Alignment with our orthotic philosophy
— Knowledgeable & experience in orthotic therapy: you can confidently prescribe orthotics that are corrective and comfortable at the same time
— A genuine, warm approach to client care: clients should feel looked after and have more clarity after their appointment
— Clinically competent: you can lead the consultation with confidence, having awareness of client expectations, being able to ask meaningful questions to best understand the client
— Strong organisation skills & attention to detail for managing appointment bookings effectively & being proactive to address the needs of the clinic and its clients
— Good written communication for email correspondence, reports and clinical updates
— Professionalism to always show up with your best and be a team player who is ok with doing what is required, even if it might not be part of your title
